After a nice breakfast I departed and the I had to cycle a few Kilometer up hill. Then I arrived at the country road which I had to follow to go further West…
The landscape was quite hilly and there was a little headwind, but compared to the storm I had at the first days, this was easy and I am used to ride against the wind, since in Hamburg we often train at a dike area where is only wind.
At lunchtime my rear derailleur broke and I could only use a few gears. I dismounted the wheel, to check where the problem is coming from and found that it has something to do with the wire. I had a spare one and decided to continue and to have this repaired at the next hotel. The few gears I still had were good enough to continue.
Later I again came to the coast and into a region with many tourist villages and I also was cycling again onto the EV10/13. This was perfect, since there were almost no cars.
I finally checked in at the hotel Borgata and here I could park my bike in a little shed. I had bought some food in a supermarket earliert and had my dinner in my room…
