Day 11 - Voie Bleue 2 - Kolja Sangkuhl

We started late and changed Thorbens wheels first, stopped at another Decathlon to buy a new thermarest, one was broken and went to Lyon. Google sent us again onto very bad ways and we decided to not trust that navigation anymore, we either take signed bicycle ways or „D“ roads as they are named in France. The took almost the shortest way and arrived by 5 to Lyon. We did some sightseeing, had a snack and went further to a little village 30k south of Lyon. Going out of Lyon in heavy traffic for almost 20k is very stressful and we were happy when we found the ViaRhona. We checked that on the we and found that we could follow this bicycle path further down south. After a good dinner in an Italian! restaurant we did the last few kilometers to our camping site.This was closed and no access was possible, all other camping sites where accessible even when the receptreception is closed (if it is still closed in the morning, you have no chance to pay, what a pitty) But there was a bell, which we used and an upset lady came, pretending she was already sleeping and so, but she happily took the 20€ from us and was awake enough to suggest her special petit dejeuner Since it was almost 11 when we arrived, we quickly set up the tent and went to bed…
